Please leave a message if we are not available, and we will return your call within 24 hours. How long do orders take to complete? All of our custom-crafted products are made to order to your specifications. Therefore, please allow 4-5 weeks for most drawer knob and switchplate orders to be completed and shipped. Our handpainted crosses and plates can usually be shipped within 2 weeks. Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to have your order "rushed". Depending on our production schedule, we may be able to accomodate rush requests for an additional charge. How much does shipping cost? Our shipping rates are as follows: Up to $39.99= 7.00 $40.00- $69.99= 7.50 $70.00- $89.99= 8.00 $90.00- 109.99= 8.50 $110.00- 129.99= 9.00 $130.00- 149.99= 10.00 $150.00- $199.99= 10.50 $200.00- $299.99= 11.50 $300.00- $349.99= 12.50 $350.00- up= Free International orders will be billed for any additional shipping charges that are incurred. Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax will be assessed on orders shipped to Arkansas. No sales tax will be assessed on orders shipped to other states. However, you may wish to consult your state's sales tax requirements. RETURN POLICY We will happily offer a replacement of any item that is defective, or if an error has been made on our part when processing your order, if the item is returned to us within 2 weeks of delivery. Unfortunately, we are not typically able to reuse most returned items due to the unique color, pattern, and size options chosen by each customer. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds on non-defective items. We will, however, extend a store credit of 75% of the purchase price on any non-defective items that are returned. This credit can be used toward any future purchase. If you have any questions prior to placing your order, please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you. If you are trying to match a particular paint or fabric swatch, please send us a sample of the color desired so that we can select a color to coordinate with your sample.
